champagne punch

[evanovitch]

4 ripe pineapples
2 cups sugar
1 bottle white rum
2 cups lemon juice
1 cup grenadine
1 bottle brandy
1 cup cherry liqueur
8 bottles champagne

marinate the peeled and cut-up fruit with sugar and rum overnite....add all the ingredients except the champagne and mix well...at the last minute, pour in the champagne

soup julienne


1 onion
2 carrots
1 parsnip
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brandy
4 cups strong chicken stock
5 peppercorns
2 bay leaves
1 sprig of thyme

chop the onion and cut all the other vegetables into thin matchsticks....cook the onion in a likkle oil until soft then add all the veggies and stir them around and den deglaze wid the tbsp of brandy..add the chicken stock and herbs an simmer fi an hour....

tek out di herbs before seriving

tek nuff fi cova di potent white rum dahling... dem naw go feel di effects but dem a go duss out eventually plus it cut dung pon dem consumption since it really gives a understated kick

yep...mek di base drink an kip di champagne bakkle on ice an add as u sip juss dont tink u really can conquer di worl an get up...u wi fall flat...
