So I tried Greek Yogurt for the 1st time tiddey and can I say....
The nutritional values are
I'm a convert.
My issue: Why it suh high

I sucked it up and went back to the store to get some more. I overheard someone talking about the fact that you could use regular American yogurt to make Greek-style yogurt. How do you do that
