a mussi ova 20 year now mi nuh eat a pomgrinatte. So mi go di store and dey havi pan sale fi $2.50 a one. So i say- well demma talk bout hummuch healing power it have an wat not, lekka recapcha mi yout an try one.

WAT A SITN HAWD FI EAT!!!! Mi nuh memba it being so hawd. Now mi did see supm pan foodtv say u fi cut it in half and gently tap the seeds out. GENTLY TAP!!!?@??? Dem likkle buggas was stuck like glue, dey neyna move from dem beesnest.

wen last oonu eat one?

Bout three weeks ago, in the States....I think we cut it in quarters and then just scrape out the seeds with a spoon....I love the seeds sprinlkled on a lettuce base salad!

Hmm- the spoon mighta been a good idea. that unattractive sucking wah mi puddung was not pretty. And den, mi did get some a di membrane part- sitn bitta u see. i bet u dat part cure angina, or mek u hair grow lang! caw most time a di nawsy sitn dem good fi u.

So u eat the whole seaed ting inna salad mi chaw it up and den pit out di seedy pawt. i do not swallow seed!! :halo:

Panganat!!! I like the ones here cause they bigger and juicer. I cut it in half den break it up from there. Its time consuming to eat but dat is why panganat juice so expensive cause you see how long it mus tek dem fi remove an process all dem seed deh.

I didn't know yu should scrape out the seed I jus bit into it and ate it like that and thought dayum it is nasty tasting
