did you first start cooking/baking.

i baked my first cake at 8 by myself (one a the box one dem mi madda gie mi)

mi nuh membah cooking by miself till mi bout 19 to 21.


growing up i was never in the kitchen (neither was mi madda or fada) suh mi quite pleased that mi know how fi cook the hale outa anyting.

I was cooking breakfast for me an my brother everyday at age 11. 4:30am every mawnin a bwile cawnmeal porridge or mek pancakes

Never cooked a full meal by miself till mi come a farrin bout age 22

Mi madda did well surprised fi si seh mi can do a ting in di kitchen

about 9 or 10 I started baking cakes with my neighbor (mi maddah nah bake) then learned the basics of cooking steadily after that.

yeah my neighbor was a wicked baker so i would hang out at her house when she was baking. she would do the wedding cakes with the icing and the little silver balls decorations.


mi used to teef out the siver balls and eat dem off
