we are hoffing:
deep fried tofu
steamed celery with been sprouts, ****ake mushrooms and chocho.
we are topping it all off with chissarron <-- don't ask
next we will have parsimmons;
after that we will have a beef bone soup with sweet potatoes, kim chee and water chestnut curds.
