I was lucky to have my good,good friends come down from Duncans Bay Trelawny to spend some time with me today. I cooked up one nice pot of rice and peas in coconut milk, some fresh vege in coconut milk then some stew chicken, seasoned good and slow cooked. That was served with limeade and sorrel. Everyone enjoyed it as I did enjoy their company.
