Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Looking for a good recipie.
Me nuh mek dis in whole heap a years now and me figet how it go.

I don't think I ever made the cream cheese frosting, but me wan give it a try now.

Please share tip and tricks as well.

i put crushed pecans and walnuts in my frosting to give it that crunchy taste I'm a go dig up my recipe cuz it's time to make it again (I make it every christmas along with our christmas cake

Well mi no know how fi mek di cake, but mi wi ask mummy.

Di cream cheese frosting now.....mi juss learn dis yesideh...mummy teach mi

1/2 cup of sweetex
1 pound of cream cheese
1 cup of confectioners sugar.

This is for a small cake...the bigger the cake, double the ingredients.

awrite mi nuh fine di recipe yet but

1 LB Cr cheese
1 can evap milk
1 lb confectioners sugar
1 cup crushed walnuts/pecans
whip at high speed till very light and fluffy cut in half for a 9 inch cake

but mi a guh look see if mi figet nutt'n

Since all of you thoughtless people like to out pecans and all manner of nuts and spoil up the cake , I have to make my own

I have one nice recipe for carrot cake but it take sometime to type it out another layer of cream cheese filling as well I'll try to type it out tonight when I am done baking other things

Evap milk...dat sounds creamy.

try whipping the cream cheese by itself and u will see how doughy it is very thick once u add the milk and keep whipping it becomes very light but not too creamy and nice

i have a carrot cake recipe...unfortunately for you...i don't have it at my desk at work.

will try to remember to locate it for you tonight though pepper.

mine has nuts, canned pineapple and coconut in it. it's moist and delish.
