cause I had to remove the eye from several eggs..and i wasn't quite sure why..summen to do wid embryo? or rawness?
and this is why i love jamaicaneats..later awn i'm flicking through an old issue of JE an buck up on a likkle 2 liner bout de egg eye..dem seh its removed to cut down on rawness..but in reality it doesn't make a difference..what other magazine would even tink to mention that

i still do cause it just looks gross
I also remove any thing else that LOOKS gross, if not yellow or clear white then out it goes.
