Mawnin oonus

I am no longer doing the heavy cooking on a weekly basis. That kind of cooking will now be a treat (once in a while). I want to be more kind to my body moving forward.

I will have whatever the outlaws cooking. Hubby seh mi cook way too much so mi gone from one extreme to the next..mi tap cook.

mi a mek curry goat and roti right now. we're gonna eat it for breakfast and then go out for a light supper this evening. that's how mi like fi roll it.

mi a wait fi di hile pan di tap fi sleep soh mi can skim it awff and den put in the coackat milk to thicken it. that's how i make it and it's always a hit.

soh mi noh want no feisty smaddy come chat bout if coaknat milk can goh inna curry goat.

other than that. good sunday morning one and all. can't believe a 4 day weekend went by so fast.
