how do they get it so yummy and tender?

all the beef i ever cook either ends up tasting life beef or an old sisal bag depending on how long i cook it.

this thai beef tastes like no other beef i've ever tasted before with a creamy texture. wammeck it soh nice?

my mom brought some home couple weeks ago an from den mi been hooked an say mi hafi learn how fi mek it..

it mussi cook up inna coaknat milk or sumting...it did white and not yellow/green like fi wi own anybody eva had it?

and yes mi know how fi cook it, mi did love it suh much mi learn how fi mek it

it mek with coconut milk, sometime dem put irish potato and carrot in deh too. dem can mek it wid red or green curry.

fish sauce gie it flavah

haven't had the bulgogi yet. there's a korea town by me. usually only have the bone soup. but i know they sell the thinly sliced beef/pork/chicken in the korean market. but i would murder smaddy fi know weh dem put in deh fi mek ie tase dah way deh.
