i never was a big yoghurt fan..but fram wha day my favourite snack is Activa and fresh fruit. it taste as good as ice cream to me..

I'm not sure how it's agreeing with you and I would reccommend the Dannon probiotic ones over Activia. I will just say after a while the Activia made me terribly sick and I know many others who have experienced terrible stomache pain because of Activia. Just a warning.

Here's some accurate reviews of people like me who tried Activia. I wouldn't reccommend eating that at all!

I ate Activia and it was fine, I didn't see where it was really beneficial as I wasn't really having any problems but I didn't have any of the side effects either. Kroger have a low carb, low sugar yogurt that is really good, but dem nuh have no Krogers here.....eediat place
