soup? SO mi get couple bag a ackee from di homeland, and apparently them was too well 'blanched'. Caw a bay puttputt mi get

From mi see di bag, it look like frozen soup, but i say ok mekka just thaw it out and seew at i get. soft puttputt!!!!

So mi say ok, i gwey gwan cookup likkle salfish and add in the putts a tthe end. Well di sitn look like tun cawnmeal, and mi fraid fi eat it

wat oou woulda do wid di ress?

right yah now meeda just steam it an add in di cook up salfish an rejoice...a same way di canned governor brand stay one can a mush

it cant steam! u nuh hear mi say di sitn well blancht if u cook it too long, u just gwey haffi drink it waiiieeeeee


mi coook it, put it in at the last last minit, but i having a hard time eating it, no lie. the texture, di appearance. it aint perty!!!!

just boil it likkle an strain it an stew it up wid yu sawfish...

it mucky mucky but it eat good sed way

mi get all kine a ackee from yard or S FL so mi is wan expert...

tell di somebody nuh fi blanche it again...sen it raw sed way but rub it up inna some cooking oil an freeze it up nice an it wi kip good

Eat it same way. As for the rest put it in some season rice, an one time mi did see somting bout some ackee quiche I would think mushy ackee good for that. Under NO circumstance must you throw it away, even if you haffi mek ackee paste and spred it pon some bread!!!
