how long do u cook ground beef?

based on the white ppl dem instructions (cooked when brown with no pink) i know i overcook mine. my mom was always paranoid about ground beef so she cooked the life out of it. I keep mine under heat long after its brown. I wonder if other ja-cans do the same. we do have a habit of really cooking our meats. LOL

i prob over cook mine too. cook it till brown then simmer until me tired fi cook it but i guess with all the recalls over ______ is best to kill it till it dead and buried

i feel much better. was on a white ppl site today an it seem like dem cook fi appox ten minutes no wonder dem so easy fi poison.
