when making stew chicken? My daughter just brought me home stew chicken and not even one pieca bone inna it. It just not right having stew chicken with no bone.

But yu know one time mi buy sum boneless chicken thighs an curry it an it neva dat bad....but is sumtin bout di bone weh mek it much nicer.....Comment

i've cooked brown stew and curry chicken using the breast but it is just not the same like having the bone inna it ... wonder if mi fi cook brown stew chicken fi dinner tomorrow?Comment

well the bone does give it a certian flavah dat yuh cant find with the boneless meat. the white meat of the chicken if cooked the same time as the dark meat, tend to be a bit rubbery/hard.
and yuh know sometime when yuh chop up the chicken and little bits of bone get mixed up in there and yuh bite piece of bone that can be annoying.

that's why i prefer to cook breast by itself since it doesnt seem to need the same amout of cooking time but i may be wrongComment
