Got the windows opened. Even cleaned and all yesterday. Did lots of cooking.

But it's all ate <---

so, now I have to go and cook again. Funny how that works

4. What's for dinner?

coffee, toast, banana for breakfast
lunch is.....
dinner is:
grilled steaks
grilled veggies
wine

Well it is 5:30 and everybody still sleeping in this house, jus the blastid poodle (me mother) a yap yap bout the place since me come downstirs to make a cup of coffee. If a shat har a bax iiesi....bright, anyway....

don't know what's for brekky guess them proverbial bacon and egg or pancake an sinting me is not at my house so..

I jus juice some carrots and parsley....real good

dinner? dont know what them cooking, only hope is not Moose meat lawd what I would not give for some ackee and codfish for brekky but dem dont nyam that and would have to go home make it and then come back here...cho

adale had bread and jam and juice (him gone swimming)


going to cook ackee and saltfish
fried breadfruit
fried ripe plantain
salt fish fritters


Dinner

Cow foot and beans
baked chicken
rice and gungo peas
mashed potato
salad
broccoli and carrots

may make some carrot juice with beet root
juice
water

cheese cake ....

Breakfast was egg white omelet with Turkey Bacon
cup of coffee

that will carry me through lunch
dinner - curry chicken, brown rice, callaloo plus bake a cake for the kiddies
