so far i decided to do

arroz con pollo
black beans and rice
yucca y platanos

would it be too much if i did a seafood paella seeing that there is alot of rice already? i need one seafood dish

for appetizers mi doing tortilla chips wid salsa and nacho dip and some guacamole too

i spent a good amount of time on goya's website

instead of the paella, how about ceviche? it's easy and doesn't take long to make.....

you know what I just remembered that we have a freezer full of sea fish dat mr skells caught....was looking for a spanish style recipe that does not involve fillets cah no way mi gwen fillet all dem deh

saw a simple one where u just season in Adobo and garlic powder and fry it up....then maybe serve with a jalapeno vinegarette eh? what unoo think?

that salt fish look too risky..what if it come out too salty????
