Ok so you cut up the pigstail and boil it till it mostly cook (3/4 cook, anyting go suh ) you season up di chicken like regular brown stew/fricasee chicken.
Brown di chicken and in di same oil throw in the 3/4 cook pigstail and spin it round likkle to get it some flavor and color (please don't bun dem up)
Den combine di chicken and pigstail, put some water make everything cook add the seasoning (onion,tomato, green pepper etc) I always put some fish/meat or pickapeppa sauce in the gravy and since this originally a chinese dish if you have some Oyster sauce, you can put a tablespoon. Add anything else you usually use when you cook brownstew chicken.
