potato salad
gravy
rice n peas
for the swine eaters:
sprinkle a likkle sugar on the bacon just b4 its finished frying

I sprinkle brown sugar and lawd have mercy I think I have died and gone to heaven

Or bake it in the oven after dipping it in orange juice and coat with the brown sugar again.
