Mi know dat some people use it as a toxin remover or internal cleanser to create a 'beautiful' inside environment - something like dat - but mi never hear bout di other before.
What I like in the morning? Sometimes...
Oatmeal with creamer (non-dairy), sugar, grape-nut cereal, raisins and banana mixed into it.
Or
Peppermint tea with sugar chased with some tough Jamaican water crackers
