Thanks for the invite. Me a go tun down me pot and head ovah deh...dat strew peas combo sounds nice.

But just in case TLC is joking...

I am roasting 2 items
A pork shoulder
and a chicken. The chicken is seasoned with rosemary and thyme.

And baking sweet potatoes...(American Yams)

I think a cucumber and vinegar salad will round out the menu.

He told me to rest he would cooked dinner today and he is making my favorite.

dats cause yuh need fi get the &quot;wood&quot; that you like and put it pan the grill and get the smoky/woodsy flavah or yuh can get one coal ting enuh missis

di outdoor kitchen is off limits to me, but mi nu mind atall

CB di current mr ilp have on pan that im put wood inna when im grill and di food come out nice and flavorfull when it done. If you have gas you fi try di pan (not sure if that is the official name fi it).
