hush your mouth !!! when i make it - it does and it's delightful.

i use the herring filets that are de-boned and salt cured. i cut them into tiny bits and pour boiling water over them and let sit for about 20 minutes.

i cut up about a pound of tomatoes very finely and add to the already sauteeing one big onion and sprig of thyme. when the tomatoes are really soft, i add in the herring mixture.

it's one of the few times that aboreal rice is called for (dat and bully beef). lawd when yu eat it and the pepper juss buss eena yu mout, you can hear the heavenly chior of angels sing. it's just that good.
