JA Jewel - you are right But I dont see Jamaicans acquiring a taste for goat cheese. I could be wrong....hope I am cause it would be a good business venture. Goat cheese is so popular here it would be a shame that Jamaicans cant take advantage of that. </div></div>

I think if someone capitalized on the &quot;goat&quot; cheese, and produced it locally, they could get alot of business from the &quot;tourist&quot; oriented places.....probably not the locals.

BTW, isn't &quot;feta&quot; cheese goat cheese?....if so, I know it would have a market niche here.

yes, feta is a type of goat cheese. That one my family eats on occasion with salads. However, the stronger type goat cheeses that are popular up here, I would be very surprised if they would eat them

even I am not a fan of some of the more pungent goat cheeses but that is because I wont even eat curry goat.....but wait maybe they would like them afterall since I am using myself and dislike of goat meat as a measuring stick

ohhh, I have eaten feta made out of goat's milk so that is why I thought it did involve a goat Makes sense now cause I cant always eat it cause it made with goat, it is well strong.
