But I dont see Jamaicans acquiring a taste for goat cheese. I could be wrong....hope I am cause it would be a good business venture. Goat cheese is so popular here it would be a shame that Jamaicans cant take advantage of that. </div></div>
I think if someone capitalized on the "goat" cheese, and produced it locally, they could get alot of business from the "tourist" oriented places.....probably not the locals.
BTW, isn't "feta" cheese goat cheese?....if so, I know it would have a market niche here.
