Awrite. SO mi go a McDOnalds today (mi know its sad, but fi feel fi some hot hot fries) and on the paypa dem advertise some chicken sangwich wid "rocket leaves"

Now one time mi de a Italy and dem have some lettuce pan de side but ids one girl tell me seh a rocket. And mi tell her seh it nuh look seh it ago fly weh, but everybody else at the table also knew bout dis ya ting. A wah name rocket?

watercress is like salad green, u no really cook it, u have it raw as a topping. it very delicate and easy to bruise.

twiny, i never heard no superstition or story about watercress - is this something in ur family or something that u heard from other people?

MGee nothing is wrong with watercress ... no superstition or anything ... sorry I said that not something I should have mentioned but everytime someone talks about it just reminds me of something sad that happened in my family decades ago and that vegetable is a part of the story.
