i thinking everything except for chicken fish and poak (which is the other white meat
) is considered red meat.

Yes what CB said...but I tink goat is lower in fat than sheep an cow.
Bison is very very lean too
an tastes juss like beef
Ostrich is also suprisingly red meat...I tink

i love lamb too. they sell it in an african store waaaaay far from me with the skin on - burned it's very good.
