Mi been trying to perfect my own by trying different cheeses each time mi mek it, an smaddy recommneded using di Jcan cheese.

i have never done that...how did it come out?


i would add a little in the mix sometimes if mi have any on hand...dem too expensive fi come by too often here

That could work. It is similar to velveeta, and I used velveeta in my mac and cheese. But I also blend it with cheddar. Never done velveeta on its own in mac and cheese.

Expensive mac and cheese dish though.
