since when they make the prepared spices, it taste different the older it gets. some taste down right like medicine. a patienmt from Cape Cod gave me one and i was too embarrased to tell her that i don't use jamaican spices. (prepared ones that is). I still hav eit in my cupboard. another of my private quirks is to make sauces,fresh to put on food.

theres no doubt that homemade is always better but I havent been able to come up with a nice recipe for a paste to marinate it in...wanna share anything?
