o. o. o. (orgasmn). you MUST have taro noodles. i use the surimi (that fake crab contraption), di chinese cooking wine. di giant scallops, nuff onions. di big shwimps, di spinach and the noodles. did i mention the noodles? taro noodles. lawd gawd missis, dan can trap any man.

the thing for me is to sautee nuff onions and THEN add the other ingredients. the noodles first, because seafood doesn't need much cooking. the onions will be reduced after you add in about 1/3 cup of water at high temp.

what you have to do is let the frozen stuff defrost. i use frozen spinach (childhood tramaua from looking for aphids on spinach and such). you don't really need much water, just add as you see fit. the noodles are see-through, like your negligee should be when you're serving it. my goodness. the surimi melts away and gives a taste that's almost like the real thing without the shells.

jussa see this, lol. the glass noodles i have are made from sweet potato, is that kind of the same as taro?

i found a recipe for a korean vegetable dish using the glass noodles. essentially, i cooked the noodles first, then sauteed the veggies in a combination of sesame and regular oils, then added the cooked noodles with more sesame oil and nuff soya sauce. it wasn't bad.

i'll try ur seafood version, sue.

do u use the skinny mung bean glass noodles for this recipe, Mrs Blue? it sounds promising, though i've never had curried egg.
