read that the processed peanut butter only lose 5% of the nutrients so really no difference between it and the fresh/raw ones

so therefore any store bought one in moderation is ok

I love peanut butter...

I use the one saltless one like how Sue use it.

peanut butter and ripe banana blend up. you eidda put protein mix in it or drink it like that

I know what you mean! I didn't like organic at first but now I have acquired the taste for it and can't stand the name brand ones any more.
