I made this today and it really taste good. will serve with cornbread at church lunch tomorrow.
2 cans of red kidney beans
1 can of white kidney beans
1 can of corn
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can coconut milk
red, green and yellow pepper
mrs dash garlic and herb
a bit of salt
crushed chili pepper (i felt like sacrilege to put black pepper in it and my scotch bonnet is precious commodity)

maggie all purpose seasoning.
