Preserving Food when you are mailing it

I want to send someone some cookies <span style="font-size: 8pt">( they know who they are but I also know they never read this forum so I am safe) </span> but since the travel time will be about 2 maybe 3 days, I am unsure that if I wrap them up in regular saran wrap and a cookie tin, that this will be enough to preserve them.

Anybody have any cheap ways of vacuum sealintg travelling food?

I just googled them and WalMart apparently sells them. I could venture into the big bad Walmart tomorrow and see if them have them up here

I was just trying to place the order and I got an error msg that they cant ship to my address in Canada.

forget that then. I will hit up Walmart tomorrow (you dont know how much I hate going into that place ) to see if they have it there.
