my newspaper did a series on the effects of high sodium in modern diets. one big ting is apparently the increase in hypertension among young people. 
so mi ketch mi fraid and start cut right back on my salt usage. to my surprise, it look like mi lose lickle weight, maybe cause mi not retaining as much water.

but I would think that is a good addiction and not a bad one! Most ppl dont eat enough fruits in a day and here u are o'ding on the stuff
