1 cup flour = 1/2 teaspoon BP

Put small amount of baking powder because too much will swell the dumplin and nuh taste good. Putting buttermilk in flour will give it a pancake taste so they should make up dem mind. It is either pancake or fried dumplins.

Whole wheat flour
salt
baking powder
ice water
right now sunflower oil

I cant tell you measurements since I have never done so ... next time I make some I will see if I can guestimate.

regular canola oil, sunflower, grape seed, heny oil, except those exotic sesame seed or chili seed hile.
