EZ peasie lazy man way...
bwile out di saltfish or mackerel and clean it up.
sautee onion, tomato, pepper, skellion, thyme, and couple pimento seed inna coconut ile
sautee di picked fish
buss a can a coconut milk
and salt and black pepper tp taste...
cover pot and mek it cook dung.
serve, eat, digest.
mi feel fi heat some...gone mek some fi dinna

no di ile no come pan tap like di grater cokenat das y mi seh yu fi use coconut ile instead a reguler hile...it nuh tek no time fi cook down...10-15 mins pan medium fire...jus watch and judgeComment
