Who cooking today?

Is already 85 degrees outside. Not one stove nor grill nah lite round these parts today.

The menu consists of vodka martini's and fresh fruit salad. Some kind of take-out later in the evening.

Well I dont know what they are making specifically, but is mixture of seafood. Name it and it's out here strait from the ocean I am in P.E.I. eastern Canada seafood capital of Canada came for a funeral.

The other day me just stroll past these fishermen when the boats come in and you name the seafood it was given to me.

Looking forward to some great Garlic mussels, scampi and the likes

I am going to try to make a summer squash casserole and use up some of the squash we got from the garden.
Using this recipe:-

I was gonna BBQ some shortribs and potatoes for the family but it is rainy and VERY windy today

So I need another option now.

Think I'll try a paramesan and bell pepper tart I eyed in a cookbook the other day.

and use up some straberries and make a shortcake

nothing ... just come from a birthday party Adale had a burger and some chips and we had icecream cake and candy ... him daddy at a reception for some baby baptism or something so him better full him gut there. kitchen lock.
