As for roti, I chapati more, because it is made with whole wheat flour.
As for curry goat,i don't eat goat. I simply <span style="color: #FF0000"> don't</span> eat meat.

I don't eat meat.
You sould realize by now that, I don't only misplace letters in the words, buy sometimes the word and at times whole sentences too.
That statement should have said:

I when to a new farmers' market today and they had a Trini vendor selling all things Trini

He makes all his roti himself (his wife does assist) and sells out each week

I bought a TON of Dhal puri shells, aloo (?sp) puri shells and one other kind I have never heard of as well

The man makes some nice curry chicken you can use for a quick meal with the shells.


Roti is my <span style="font-weight: bold">FAVORITE </span>food in the world so I just about fainted when I saw his stand. The man call me over and say come buy your food

I had to tell him I am not a Trini but I love it just the same

I was short cash for all that he was making me buy and they tell me not to worry, just to come back next week with it

There's a place here called trini-town and out of all de places mi eva purchase roti dis place mek de best roti eva, all I've had is de veggie ar chicken roti but dem good cyaan done. I'll buy roti cah mi nuh mek roti, but mi naah run fi buy jerk chicken when nuhbaddy cyan dweet bettah den mi

I am not picky whatsoever. I love dahl puri just as bad. I had Guyanese friend who made the flakiest dahl puri I have ever eaten. So it is her version that I use as a reference.


Making roti looks difficult to master...kinda like making pie sheells which I dont like to attempt too often. So I leave it to the experts.
