Bread Pudding
INGREDIENTS :
1 lb day-old white bread (preferable hardo bread)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 cup rum
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 cups whole milk
5 eggs (beaten well)
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with butter.
Line the baking dish with wax paper
Remove the crust from the bread
Break up the bread into small portions.
Combine the bread, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, rum, raisins, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
Pour into the baking dish.
Mix the condensed milk, eggs and whole milk
Pour this over the bread mixture in the baking dish.
Place the oven
Bake for 1¼ hours. You can test if it is baked by inserting a small knife in the middle until it comes out clean.
erve warm or cool.
Best served with Ice cream or whipped cream.
Serves 6 to 8

Since ther are bugs that multiply on degenerated foods that blocks the process of the body's protein producing system If you should eat stale food make sure you get it to at least a boil. In Your microwave. If you can't get it ti a boil forget it. you can store food in the fridge, but do not store it unless you have completeny sealed it with cling wrap. even if then is a lid on it place cling before the lid. It will be much fresher and taste to confirm it too.

really not a big fan of left overs unless is bwile dumpling mi fry the day after.
the only thing i can think of is home fries. boil the potatoes, put them down and fry the hell outta dem the next day. that is very yummy.

Fried rice using old rice and leftover chicken
Mi always have left over white rice no matter how much I cook so like on a Friday when mi clean out di fridge mi always sautee some onion and skellion in a tablespoon of oil, dice up the chicken and stir, add the old rice, black pepper and soy sauce. Can I say yum!
