Ingredients:
1 pound sweet poatoes
2 tablespoons <span style="font-weight: bold">(sesame)</span>* oil
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
3 medium onions sliced <span style="font-weight: bold">(sautee this first before adding the powers)*</span>
3 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam marsala <span style="font-weight: bold">(or madras curry wid everyting already mix)*</span>
1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
3 cups coconut milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
salt
Directions:
Peel and dice sweet potatoes. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in frypan, add the cumin and coriander and stir over med. heat 2 mins. Add the diced sweet potato and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently. Remove heat.
In a separate frypan, Heat the remaining oil and saute onions and onions until golden brown. Add the cinnamon, chilli powder, garam marsala, tumeric,and cloves and cook 2 mins.
Pour in the coconut milk and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 mins. Add sweet potatoes and simmer uncovered, until tender. Season with salt and serve.

I have everything in the kitchen except coconut milk. I'm going to substitute real milk just this time! Cumin, coriander, tumeric, cinnamon, etc. all very good for health
In fact, this is a very healthy dish 
anyway, you can do a lot with stuff. try di same ting wid white yam as well, or potatoes, or eddoes, or dasheen.
