Dear Gungo Peas,

I am a true fan of cream based liquers and I have a special affection for slushy beverages with copious amounts of spirits added to imbue flavour and character.

I shall ignore the other negative comments about rum creams in this thread as I find said comments do nothing to staunch my love of rum cream.

It's a rum cream that Sangsters make,I think is Sangsters make it. I also notice a different taste to the one I buy when in JA or the duty free store compared to the one I buy in the Liquor Store here.

Also could be that Jamaica makes everything including my taste buds more sharpened

they gave me a free taste at the dutyfree shop leaving JA....i fell in love &amp; brought back a couple bottles. i don't share it with anyone, drink it all by myself!!!!

I usually use a spanish liqueur called ALgarvinha - it's sweet and has a lovely flavour!

Just googled it. It's an almond liquour? Not a big fan of almond flavor but will try something else.

What is RUM RAISIN CREAM??? Rum cream with raisin in it???
