yes i've hear the term, every year when they tout yet another thing that will lower your cholesterol, raise your sex drive, tighten your abdomen, raise your bottox, keep your nails, eyes, skin, etc. etc.

but mi will still try them. latest purchase dragonfruit (goji berries)
