dem seh di extra Virgin cold pressed Coconut oil is the best for the body. internally and externally. Plus I the way it smells.

also I think it is one of the oils that can fry at a higher temp.

coconut oil a de besttttt, inna everyting

i mostly use corn oil, coconut oil hard to find, and canola, and of course, olive oil, veg oil burn quick, it cant tek heat~~
