4oz chilled Guiness
4oz chilled champagne
Pour Guiness into 1/2 pint glass and carefully add champagne slowly.

3 cracked ice cubes
1 measure gin
1/2 measure green Chartreuse
1/2 measure sweet vernouth
dash orange bitters
to decorate...
1 green olive
piece of lemon rind
Put the ice cubes into a mixing glass and add the gin, chartreuse, vermouth and bitters. Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass. Place the olive on a cocktail stick and add to the cocktail then squeeze the zest form the lemon rind over the surface.
I personally prefer the green chartreuse mebbe cause it is the stonger compared to the yellow chartreuse which is yellow but too sweet for me.

3 measures of gin
1 measure of Cointreau
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 measures of peach nectar
6-8 ice cubes
Put the gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, peach nectar and passion fruit juice into a cocktail shaker with half the ice cubes and shake well. Strain the drink into glass over the remaining ice cubes.
