I had thai mango salad for the fuss time and it was amazing

i tried to duplicate it at home..it wasn't close.. but it was still good..

mango
lime
vinegar
black pepper
salt

+ red and green peppers thinly sliced for colour.

no salt. sarry

slice mango very thin
add all ingredients together
serve.

i eat this at a thai restaurant alla while.

i'm going to be having it regularly now, too

at the restaurant..they were sliced like carrots..so they had a nice crunch..yu know how dweet?

the peppers sound good

lawd its not the same w/o the salt..

nu de salt and de lime geet dat nice likkle tang?
