For two people you will need:
4O cl. Of White Rhum
20 cl. Of white wine
5 oranges
2 green lemons
1 vanilla stick cut in two.
½ tin of litchis
20 cl of sirop of sugar cane
A pinch of cinnamon powder
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of fresh ginger grated finely.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and put in the fridge. When you are ready to drink it, put it in a cocktail shaker with some ice, shake vigorously and serve in long glasses.
Delicious and explosive.
If there are going to be more than two people you will need to adjust the measurements accordingly

Powerful Palamino
36ml Bacardi Limon rum
60 of fresh mint simple syrup (see fresh mint syrup)
Small handful of fresh blueberries
Splash of fresh lime juice
How to make Powerful Palamino
Prepare mint simple syrup.
In an old-fashioned style glass, add blueberries and about ½ ounce of mint syrup.
Muddle (smash) the blueberries against the bottom of the glass until crushed.
Add ice, limon rum, and lime juice.
Stir well. If needed, sweeten with additional mint syrup to taste
*you'll be over the hills in no time*

Ingredients
50g almonds (soaked for 40 min-60 min & skin removed).
4 cups milk
12 tsp of sugar
saffron few strands
How to make Heavy Horse:
Grind almonds to a smooth paste. Bring milk to boil and add this paste and heat for about 2-3 min. Add and mix well.Whip in a mixie to form lather. Add a pinch of saffron powder or a few strands of saffron..Serve hot or cold.

Chai Martini
4 masala chai tea bags
(can use vanilla chai or mocha chai tea for variety)
1 cup of boiling water
1 ounce of vodka (can use the flavored vodkas)
1 ounce of your favorite liqueurs
crushed ice
freshly ground nutmeg for garnish
How to make Amorous Arabian:
In a large cup, carefully pour the boiling water over the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes and remove the tea bags, squeeze out any excess tea and discard.
Refrigerate the tea for at least 30 minutes to cool.
In a martini shaker, add half a cup of the chilled tea, vodka and the liqueur of your choice (almond, hazelnut, orange or coconut flavored work well).
Add the crushed ice and shake well. Strain the liquid into a chilled martini glass. The slightest hint of freshly grated nutmeg makes a perfect garnish.

2 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P
4-5 fresh strawberries
¾ oz simple syrup
¼ oz fresh pomegranate juice
1 oz pressed apple juice
ice
sliced strawberries (garnish)
Muddle (smash) and strain 4-5 strawberries. Add strawberry juice with pomegranate juice, pressed apple juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add Rémy Martin V.S.O.P and ice. Shake well and strain into an ice- and sliced strawberry- filled high ball glass.
*mottled to perfection*

Jamaican Roots and Mango Drink Recipe
INGREDIENTS
½ cup chopped Jamaican mango
½ cup ice cubes
½ cup yogurt
½ tsp. wheat germ
2 cups Jamaican orange juice
¼ cup Jamaican sarsaparilla
¼ cup Jamaican Four man roots
PREPARATION
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
*well mi know seh di sasparilla is one of the ingredients in <span style="font-size: 14pt"><span style="color: #000099">Roots</span></span> as mi know it.
i assume the four man roots - strong back, cheney root and sitt'n else.

Front End Lifter
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup Cashews
2 Cups Irish moss (juice)
2 tbsp. Tiger Bone Wine
1 tbsp. Molasses
¼ Cup Wheat germ
1 tsp Vanilla Flavoring
1 tsp Nut Meg
1 cup Soy Milk
¼ tsp. Almond Flavoring (optional)
½ cup Sugar Method:
Put the oatmeal into the electric blender and turn switch to puree. This will make the oatmeal into a powder. Remove the oatmeal powder and add it to the soymilk. Mix oatmeal and soymilk together and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, add Irish moss and cashews to electric blender and puree mixture until cashews are finely chopped and smooth. Next add the oatmeal and soymilk mix to the blender then add the sugar, molasses, and wheat germ.
Blend until smooth then add other ingredients. Add some crushed ice and blend for another minute.
Serve in 8 oz. Cups.
