they only hestitancy i would have is their ability to season the meat well...or should I say, like how I perfer
However, I have used the deli to clean and cook seafood like lobster and crab since those are more simply done. They did a fantastic job too. -

There is one chain of supermarkets in SoFla that I would order from. Everything they sell tastes good and is usually well seasoned. The other local supermarkets, I would take a pass on.
If you know of a place that usually serves you well, go for it.7/5th of all people do not understand fractions.Comment

It would seem as if mi reserving the oven for the roasting of the breadfruit I am expecting next season
...cause mi noh use it...so, yes, I will be placing an order with the deli for the Christmas meal...God willing...

Would you believe that I asked my lady at the <span style="font-style: italic">market</span> to try and find me a breadfruit...they are not very common on this particular island...only fi meet a non-Jamaican lady Friday night from a <span style="font-style: italic">risto</span> part of the community who seh she have breadfruit caan done...when dem in season...so mi straight fi di nexx season...

No I havent even heard of Breadfruit cake before.
You must report back here about how it tastes though. I'd be curious 
I had breadfruit juice for the first time last August and I didnt expect to like it but it was well nice
You well lucky you got a "hookup" The only breadfruit I get is out of a can around here

this is a good point cause the place that I get the cooked lobster and crab is or was a gourmet market called UrbanFare. A little boutique grocer so the care they took was legendary. Adntheir roasted chicken was off the chain as the kids say! Sadly, they pulled out of our market
A regular grocery store, I just would have to know them good to trust them but that is just true for my area.Comment

Sue, I will cook everything else except willingly season and prepare meat.
If I had my wish I would be vegetarian...but the meat <span style="font-style: italic">acculturation</span> is strong.
<span style="font-size: 8pt">I actually see the trucks, for example, carrying the little chicks to the chicken farm to become the hens...and then my dinner...</span>

The cake arrived today...brought by the lady harself.
Anyway, it's quite tasty...somewhat like a lighthearted bun with a raisins...perfect for tea-time in thin slices. It would be an interesting exotic addition to your tea parties.
Of course it dun share up.....
