So what, everybody gone christmas shopping? No time to cook?

For breakfast I made:

Callaloo
cook up saltfish
green banana

For lunch, I am going out to a Sunday Brunch buffet.

But since the young man is here, I still had to prepare dinner.

Per his request:
Stew Peas
White Rice
Plantain

Cookies and Cream ice cream for desert.

Have not decided yet but either Bacon/eggs/potatoes
or Boston Market TV dinna (salsbury steak w/mac&amp; cheese).
Wanted to do sloppy joes but beef is frozen up.
