yup, and I need that since I dont eat boiled egg nor have a clue how long it takes to make one
my brother loves these things, so I want to make him somethin special for Christmas Eve since we only do appetizers on that night.Comment

Clearly, you don't live south of the Mason-Dixon line where every pawty is not complete until di deviled eggs arrive! 
No exact measurements here:
hard boiled egg yokes
mayonnaise
celery
red onion
salt
pepper
Put all in food processor and process until smooth. Spoon yoke mixture on to eggs. Sprinkle little paprika on eggs. Garnish with celery leaf OR a few sprinkles of caviar OR sliced olives, or whatever!

I cant remember the last time I have seen a deviled egg
tanks for the basics
The recipes on epicurious seem bland to me, so I wanted to spice it up a bit. Paprika and maybe a splash of hot sauce or something. 
I love the caviar part but baby brother is allergic to fish stuff. I might make a separate batch for me and everyone else that can eat fist stuff.
