I mean the vegetable
not the poster
anyway one of my friends from university come to spend christmas with me and she brought this vegetable, well she cooked it with cod fish and and the something bitter only she eat it. I am wondering if she made it the right way as she is Trini and I think that is a jamaican dish.
I asked her and she said what do you know you a canadian and is a jamaican showed her how to make it. So somebody please post a recipe for cooking suesumba as there is some uncooked ones here. I plan on freezing it to use in the future I was going to blanche it first. If I cannot get a recipe I will just throw them out as she says she is not taking the uncooked ones when she leaving.
Please and thank you
