another costco shopper here.. Just finished that bag and am now trying the Thai Jasmine rice..

Sue, I tried this last nite with some leftover basmati rice and peas cooked with cokenat milk, shredded carrots, baby spinach. I didn't have cardamon grains, so mi added <span style="text-decoration: line-through">some</span> nuff ground coriander. It came out delish!

Peasie's variation fits with what is in my pantry so I'm gonna give this a try tonight cause it sounds hella good
I have some leftover lentil and bok choy salad I need to consume, so the rice should go nice with it
