Rappi with Pan Roasted Garlic

SERVES 4 ACTIVE TIME: 10 min TOTAL TIME: 15 min

1 pkg (12 oz) Food You Feel Good About Chopped Rappi
1 tsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil
2 cloves Food You Feel Good About Peeled Garlic, chopped
1/4 cup grated Grana Padano cheese (Cheese Shop)
Salt and pepper to taste

Add All Ingredients to List

1. Blanch rappi 2-3 min in large pot of boiling salted water; drain.

2. Add olive oil and garlic to saute pan on MEDIUM. Cook, stirring, about 10 seconds, until lightly browned. Add rappi; season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 2 min, until hot. Sprinkle with cheese.

mi juss stawt fi seh, but mi juss see where you get this recipe

mi gwine try it ahn see. hope mi nu turn out like di collards mi cook last time. mi end up putting it in some soup cah das all it was good fah after mi done mash it up.

sigh....mi usually cook brocoli rabe with onions and garlic ahn done.

mi open it..ahn it nu look like brocoli rabe like what mi see regularly atall. mi would say that this one look like wrinkled & overgrown spinach?

mi taste piece...no taste like brocoli rabe to me, more like a stronger spinach?

what mi know...mi taste buds are off these day...

it's bitter, but mi like that about it. also very tender. get soft and mushy quick so don't need nuff cooking.

it's nice cooked up wid saltfish. cheaper than callallo. sometimes in summer >99 cents a pound.
