So I have all thses nice nice mango dem that will go bad soon. I need to make some juice and then freeze some of it for later.

I need recipe and out recipe section have some fancy shmancy mango drinks recipe. All mi a look fa is the basic one w/ ginger, condense milk, sugar etc.

Mi ask mi auty helpa how fi mek it but she cyaan tell me quantities (she jus 'jus so' and me need some proper ratios so it taste just the same.

Time is of critical importance, please to come with unu best mango juice recipe.

blend together add likkle nutmeg and condense milk.
totally the balls balls.


you can puree the mango and put in freezer for later use and then use as above. it's actually an indian ting wid di plain yogurt,

You can also peel the mangoes, cut off slices, place on flat tray in freezer &amp; when frozen, remove with spatula &amp; put in ziplock bag....store in freezer for future use.

Mi having mango fi breakfast lunch and dinna. And mi still can't done dem. Plus mi bring a whole heapa plantain too so mi a try finish dat off first can plantain cyaan freeze.. or can it?

Anyway first 1litre bottle of home made mango juice inna de fridge!
It don't taste exactly like Miss Audrey mek it but it nice still.
Only ting is de Chiney ginger weh mi buy nat very strong. So mi affi use a whole heap a it and it finish.
Need to buy some more.

I'll do that if me run outta energy. But ideally I trying have frozen bakkle a juice in there so mi can move them to the fridge when ready caw me lazy. Plus since kitchen a big mess now anyway, might jus as well finish de juice business.

Yield 8 Servings

Mango Lassi

2-1/2 mangos, peeled, pitted, and diced
2-1/2 cups nonfat yogurt
8 ice cubes
2 cups nonfat milk
1-1/2 Tbsp honey

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve.

Magix the plantain can freeze, peel them first and when you going to fry dem slice them when them still kinda frozen
